As a Global Process Owner, you will become part of the TVH Innovatis initiative. This programme will support our growth ambition and safeguard our company’s future success.

TVH Innovatis is a multi-year programme that aims to redesign all our business processes into scalable global processes, supported by new, future-proof IT solutions.

To make TVH Innovatis a success, we have to shift our mindset and step away from our current departmental thinking, and move towards end-to-end process thinking. We have defined 8 processes that cover all the aspects of our business:

Item-To-Product
Launch-To-Market
Procure-To-Pay
Order-To-Cash
Inbound-To-Customer Delivery
Plan-To-Produce & Repair
Hire-To-Retire
Record-To-Report

We need a Global Process Owner for Inbound-To-Customer Delivery.

This process covers all logistics and operational activities. From pre-receiving and yard management over replenishment, slotting and warehouse management, to picking, packing, transport management and reverse logistics

If you have an extensive knowledge of the logistics processes and the ambition to be at the forefront of this journey of transformation to help design the future of TVH, this role of Global Process Owner could be your next challenge.

The role is global but presence at the TVH headquarters in Waregem, Belgium is required 50% of the time. The role requires travelling to other offices up to 25% of the time.

--> You understand the design options and take active part in decision-making by being involved throughout the full investigation process.

--> You are responsible for leading the TO-BE process design workshops as well as the day-to-day activities of the team and follow up on the status and progress.
